Please
check very carefully that all the details entered on your
confirmation of booking form are correct. |

The
hirer/s undertake to be responsible for the orderly and
satisfactory behaviour and conduct of the members of their
party, any soiling of vehicle will be charged to hire/s
at current rate. |

|
Outward
journeys are timed to arrive at the airport 2 hours before
flight departure (3 hours for U.S.A and long haul flights)
if you wish a later pick up time it is entirely at your
own risk. |
| 4. |
|
Falcon
Flight Link reserve the right to the final say on
pick up times. |
| 5. |
|
Incoming
journeys upon arrival, pick up time will be approximately
30 to 45 mins after scheduled landing / arrival time to
allow for the collection of luggage and to clear customs. |
| 6. |
|
Falcon
Flight Link cannot be held responsible for aircraft
delays on your return but will always endevour to minimise
your ongoing delay, occasionally despite these efforts
there are unforseen delays which involves our driver/s
waiting for over 1 hour from the time or arrival, under
such circumstances a charge of £15 per (or part) hour
will be levied, this charge is to cover all airport charges
and driver waiting times. |

Falcon
Flight Link can not be held responsible for delayed
flights or missed connections but will always make every
effort to reschedule a vehicle for your pick up, if this
is not feasible for whatever reason liability rests with
your airline for any additional expense incurred for onward
travel. |

The
hirer/s are held responsible to inform Falcon
Flight Link immediately of any missed connection or
return flight number alteration. |
| 9. |
|
Should
the hirer/s on the outward or return journey wish to extend
or vary the specified route an extra charge will be made
according to the additional mileage covered and time taken.
Such charge is in accordance with the Company's tariff
ruling in force on the day of the journey. |
| 10. |
|
In
the event of the Company being unable, for reasons beyond its
control to provide a suitable vehicle for the performance of
this contract the Company shall have the right to obtain
the due performance of it's obligations hereunder by a
third party, and performance by such third party shall
be deemed to be good discharge by the company of its obligations. |
| 11. |
|
Falcon
Flight Link shall not be liable or deemed to be in
breach of contract for any delay caused. Beyond Falcon
Flight Links reasonable control, The following shall
be regarded as such causes, traffic accidents, hold ups
or congestion strikes, lockout's, trade disputes or other
industrial actions, adverse weather conditions, breakdowns,
acts of God or conflicts. |

No
pets shall be carried without prior permission of the
Company, we operate a strict no smoking Policy on
all vehicles, under no circumstances will the consumption
of alcohol be permitted in any vehicle.
